I want to use my roku and TV as a music device with a black screen
I’m confused too and I need to turn my screen off at night too because it’s to bright to sleep to but I play music with it to sleep so idk what to do.

Enabling a feature on your Roku TV™ called Fast TV Start lets you wake your TV and perform various actions using voice commands. If you have a compatible Roku® device, you can also listen to audio streamed from a Bluetooth® device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer when the TV screen is off.
You can enable Fast TV Start on your Roku TV at any time using the instructions below:
- Press Home
on your Roku TV remote - Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- Select Fast TV Start
- Highlight Enable 'Fast TV Start', and check the box to enable it
