We'd like to know how we can help you. Are you trying to log in your Xfinity account with your Roku device? If so, follow this steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove.
- Press the star (*) on your remote to open the Options menu.
- Select Remove channel and confirm when prompted.
- Please restart your Roku device before adding channels.
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Search
- Type manually the channel you want to add.
- Select Add channel."
