I paid for Crunchyroll though Roku an I can’t access it

I am trying to access my Crunchyroll. I had an account already, and when I went to pay, it told me pay through Roku so I did and now that I am trying to watch my shows through Crunchyroll. It’s telling me I have to pay for a subscription again and making me do the process all over. I pay through Apple Pay and the payment went through. It says I have the subscription but it’s not letting me watch it. How do I watch it?

    Allymac1 Have you tried to access Crunchyroll using the Roku channel instead of the Crunchyroll app?

      I paid for crunchy roll and I can’t get into crunchy roll

        We understand that you are facing an issue with the accessing Crunchyroll channel. We will work with you to know what went wrong so we can assist you further and fix the issue.

        We recommend performing the below steps and see if you can resolve the issue:

        1. Remove the channel from the Roku device
        2. Power cycle the Roku device, by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting the device back to the power
        3. Re-add the channel back to the Roku device
