I can't log intro My Paramount Plus account

Hello! I am in Argentina and I have problems with Paramount Plus. I have an account and I can't log in My Roku,it was working until July starts. Thank you

    Thanks for reaching out about this login issue you're getting. If I understand it correctly, the issue is your credentials don't work. If so, we would recommend making sure that symbols and letters are correct, or try changing your credentials and see if that helps.

    In addition, we would also suggest to clear the cache of the channel by following the steps below.

    • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    • Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
    • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
