I can’t login to Globoplay app on Roku

I try to log into Globoplay to watch the novellas All I get is international with big brother. I want the original globoplay. It works on ip[ad and cell but I can't get it to play on the Roku device to the smart tv. I see the app but I can't move it to be able to select it using the Roku channel stick. HELP

    We understand you're having a problem with the Globoplay channel since you can't log in. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.
