Husband died, he had roku pro do I need it to watch free tv?

My husband recently, suddenly died.  He had Roku Pro, FOBU.  (what is Fobu??) I rarely watch tv, and if I do it is free tv channels.  Do I need Roku Pro, Fobu at all?  He was all into sports/news etc., I am not.  His monthly bill came due, and I switched payment to my bank, not realizing it was so much money?  WTF?  Nothing on tv is that important to me.....HELP!!!  Thank you for helping me, I am lost in so many ways right now, and need to start a strict budget.
