Hulu Streaming Service is Down!
Can someone from Roku contact Hulu? Can't login.
Hulu's support and help sections are not working on the web-site.
Nice time to crash during the MLB playoff games.

I am also missing two profiles on Hulu. I have updated and restarted, also removed the app and reinstalled, all no dice. I logged in from my phone, profiles also missing from there.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying to troubleshoot this app. Rest assured that we'll coordinate this with the team to determine the cause and help you find the best resolution possible.
In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share with us your device details such as follows:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version
In the meantime, we would also recommend directly coordinating this with the channel provider for additional reinforcement as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform.

It is frozen on the Hulu name. Last two days the Live TV on the Roku Channel (Hallmark, Movies & TV, LIVE Spark TV, etc) won’t load the shows. The guide says right time, lists channels and shows yet the shows won’t play.
Went through and checked other settings. All good. Netflix works
This has nothing to do with Roku. It was a nationwide outage. You could always try to contact them through any Contact Us links on their web site.
