Hulu not showing in Streaming Store

I'm on a Roku Streaming Stick 3600x, which is listed as a supported device by Hulu. I am in US, Maryland Specifically so I'm not regionally locked out.

In another thread where someone provided the link to it in the store it shows up in my browser but the 'Add App' button is greyed out. Searching in the app or on the device returns no finds.

I had Hulu on the stick but I factory reset the device as I was about to move across the country and thought I was going to be giving the device away but opted to keep it, and now I can't get the app back.

 

Help.

    When you factory reset it, did you link it to the old account or did you create a new account?  If you created a new account, were you outside the country or using a VPN when you created the account?
