How to submit Netflix app suggestions

I have a suggestion or two related to the Netflix app ROKU uses. But I'm stumped as to where or how one goes about submitting suggestions for improving the app experience. I contacted Netflix customer support but they had no clue.

Hopefully someone reading this here knows how this is done?
