I recently added INNOVA TV to my channels. It requires a sign-in, but I can't find a way to create a name and password. I looked for a website, but could not find one.
Confusingly, there appear to be several companies with the same name around the world.

I tried to research and couldn't find a lot on that channel either. I would be very careful with signing up for sites that there is little information available for. I am not saying it is true here, but a channel that has little or conflicting information about itself doesn't give me confidence to say it is not. If this is the same one, I pulled up, there are no reviews for the channel on Roku and there is a Facebook page, which I am not sure is the same or not.
Just be careful what information you provide.
