How to separate Cable channels from Live TV?

I realize I can hide the streaming channels in Live TV but can I separate my cable input from 'Live TV' if my cable input is coax,  and not HDMI?  At a secondary location, I don't have a separate cable box, so cable comes in via coax.  I'd like to be able to keep coax and the streaming live TV channels separate from each other.
