How to pick a specific episode using mobile device to watch

I’m watching a series on the Roku app using my mobile phone. It’s not showing up on my continue watching section, but when I search for the series it doesn’t list episodes and when I select play on mobile device it takes me back to season 1 episode 1. How do I get to the section where you can choose Season and episode on your mobile device? Thanks for any help!

    BakeOffWatcher,

Depending on your starting point, you choose one or more images, choose the album where they'll be located, and upload them. There are size limitations, of course, and a community moderator must approve your images before others can see them. You can upload images from:

    • Your Albums and Images page
    • Any of your individual Album pages
    • Post Message, Answer, Comment, Article, and other Post pages

    Thanks,

    Arjiemar

    Hi LeiBreece_7,

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We value your inquiry and interest in learning about picking a specific episode using the Roku Mobile app. May we know what specific series you are trying to watch? We'd like to check if this has a second or more episodes. Also, on which specific channel are you streaming this on your Roku Mobile app?

    We'll wait for your reply.

    Best regards,

    Eunice

Specifically, 2 Broke Girls doesn’t have episode options

The frustrating part is the show I’m watching was letting me pick episodes and then all the sudden it stopped and I don’t know how to watch specific episodes now.

I am seeing this same behavior. I’m trying to watch Great British Baking Show and Celebrity British Baking Show on the mobile app version of Roku.

  • I have been having the same problem for the past 7-10 days.  I have used the Roku app on my iPhone for a couple of years.  Suddenly there is no episode list for shows and this includes shows I have in my Save List.  They include Bones, Great British Baking Show, Home Improvement, Midsommer Murders, etc.  If I click play it starts playing a random episode (only one episode) and it does not roll forward to the next episode - which it did before.  If you go back and hit play again, it will just replay the same one episode again.  I don't even know what episode it is until it starts playing and I watch it.  (I could never use the Continue Watching option on my phone app, because mobile device was not a choice.  I would have to go back to my Save list and find the season and episode I was at.). Please help.

I’m having this problem, also, on an iPad Pro 12.9 M1 using the Roku app and trying to view episodes of Nikita on the tablet.  No episodes are given as options; I can only watch the first or pilot episode until I’ve scrolled through it — then can move to the second episode.  I’m looking to watch starting at season 2 episode 4.

I’m running iPadOS 17.3 and Roku app version 10.0.0.10.480969l15.  The app claims this is the latest version of the app.  This is the latest version of iPadOS.
