Hi ebass,
Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We'd like to know more about the issue that you're experiencing with the Roku streaming stick 4k. How are you powering the device? Are you using a USB port on the TV or plugging it into a wall outlet?
We anticipate hearing from you soon and will keep helping you as needed.
Thanks,
John

John,
I consider myself fairly technical. The Stick is broke. But to answer your question the setup is AC powered, not USB powered... Again the stick is broke. I would like to have this unit replaced ASAP.
I went to BestBuy picked up the same unit and it worked
I have 2 more TV's to cut the cable cord on, but now I am sitting with an UN-usable box that i paid for.
Please replace this unit or refund my money.. ( prefer a replacement)

Hi ebass,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We understand you want to replace your Roku streaming stick. When did you purchase your Roku streaming stick? Please be advised that if it is under a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, it should be replaced by the store where you bought it.
In any case, we can assist you with troubleshooting your Roku streaming stick.
Kind regards,
Eunice
