How to get Spokane Local Channels?
I live in the Spokane area, but my device wants to give me the Seattle TV local stations. How do I get the Spokane TV local stations?

In what way are you getting Seattle local stations? It's impossible for you to receive them over the air at that distance, so you must be referring to some online provider. Without knowing what app you're using, we can't make any valid suggestions.
There is a place in the Roku menu to enter your local zip code, but I doubt that is used by any app to determine your location. Most online providers use your public IP address to determine your location, and in some cases your ISP might be using a public address range that doesn't match your location.
