Did this.  Nothing yet.   How long does it take after adding the channel via the website above, for PEACOCK to appear in my ROKU channel list?

Having same issue.  Roku 2720x.

Go to your streaming channels in the channel store > featured or new and notable and add the channel.

I installed the new Peacock App on 2 ROKU units in the house with no problems. I could not find Peacock as a possible selection on the third ROKU unit serial# 2LA54M185744

I have a Roku express and I'm  having the same issue.  I have Software version 9.3.0 build 4194

Only newer Roku's are supported:

Roku:
Roku 2 (4210X model only)
Roku 3 & 4 (model 4200X or later)
Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)
Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)
Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later) 
Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)

If it doesn't appear then your Roku probably doesn't support it.  Not all devices support all channels.  What's the model number from Settings->System->About?

No, it's not up to Roku what channels are supported on what devices. The channel developer has sole control over that. They may use features that older players don't support, due to processing power requirements.  Exactly what model Roku players do you have? Model numbers please. 

Roku provides the platform on which the channel apps run.  With the exception of Roku's own two channels, The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player, the channels themselves create, provide and maintain their own channel apps. 

It was NBC's decision which Roku models they would write their app to support.  The more older models with lesser capabilities the app is written to support the more complex the app must be and the harder it is to debug and maintain.  If you want to complain about their choice of models to support you should take your complaint to NBC.

Roku compatibility is determined by the creators of the channel app, in this case NBC.  Take your complaint to them.
