- Did removing the channel, restarting the player, and then adding the channel back again resolve the issue?

I also have this issue. I have also restarted tried multiple channels and have had no luck fixing. Removing and re-adding channels won't help since it is all channels. It has been happening for months.

Could you specify which channels are affected by the issue? Also, have you already tried the following:
- Restart the Roku device
- Reboot the router/modem
- Connecting the device to a mobile hotspot just to check if there will be a difference.

I am also having this issue. It’s been getting worse as time goes on. I have checked for updates and have rebooted my Roku device (going through the menu as well as unplugging it). My modem/router has been restarted a few times.
Nothing seems to help! I can even be home alone and in a different room and it will pause on its own!
A fix would be nice!
