I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY 2 DAYS AGO THE SOUND DISAPPEARED ON MY ROKU. COULD IT BE LIGHTENING? TODAY IT RETURNED. IF IT IS A ROKU PROBLEM WHY WOULD I NOT RECEIVE NOTICE. I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON THE WEB SUPPORT (WHICH SUCKS) TO FIND AN ANSWER.

Because it wasn't a Roku issue. Weather storms certainly could have been an issue. But nothing has occurred with the Roku OS that has altered their sound output. Whatever your issue was, it wasn't something under the control of the Roku itself.
