Hisense Roku tv 55A61 stuck in boot loop ("Hisense Roku TV" logo), need firmware to refresh

My Hisense 55A6100FUR Roku TV just started repeatedly flashing the "Hisense Roku TV" logo, then turning off.   I have attempted the factory reset button on the back of the unit and also powered off/unplugged the unit and neither resolved.  I believe that my last hope is a firmware update via USB if someone can help.  Thank you!
