Having The "Freezing" Issue With All Apps

I really appreciate your question. In fact, the same thing's happening to me except for I'm going down and reading and there seems to be a robotic response about restarting your router. And no, it's on Roku Netflix. Will all of a sudden start buffering and acting up? Peacock will just sometimes stare there but not go on. You might have a good few days but it's getting way worse than it used to be. And you can save the thank you for responding to us. I don't need to update my software but whoever wrote the question you make good points

    We understand that the suggested steps above didn't work, and we'd like to be able to help. 

    Since this is happening on some of your apps, did you notice any software updates downloaded during this timeframe? Also, could you please share the latest software version of your Roku device? (You can find that in Settings > System > About.)
