Have to restart Ultra every time when watching Pluto TV

Same issue, however, I see it worst on PlutoTV, which does not respond. I have the SD card in it.

I don't see a "Power" setting anywhere on my Ultra LT anywhere. "Data Saver," yes. Not a "Power Saver."

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this matter. No worries, we're here to find you the best resolution for this.

Have you tried to remove the PlutoTV channel, reboot your device's system then add the channel back again? If not, follow the steps provided below:

    • Remove the channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star * > Remove channel
    • Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System >Power > System restart.
    • Add the channel: press Home > select Store > Channels > Add channel

In addition, some Roku streaming players have an auto power savings feature that allows the player to automatically save power under certain conditions. When auto power savings is enabled and your compatible Roku player is idle for 20 minutes (meaning it is not streaming content or being controlled by a remote or mobile app), it automatically enters a low power mode and attempts to power off the TV it is connected to.

Here's our Support reference: How to disable auto power savings on your Roku streaming player

I have no power settings on my unit, unless it is in a "secret menu." I have removed the Pluto TV channel and when I reloaded it, it still had issues. I made sure that I had the SD card in the back of it and that it was registering. It was fine and registered after an unplug for 30 seconds.

All of the above had no positive result. I am considering putting my Roku on an Alexa power device, to be off late late late nights, when I am in bed. However, after 4 hrs of streaming, I notice Pluto goes bad. This is not necessarily from streaming Pluto TV. This started happening just before we got the "12.0" update. It was that update before "12.0" that did something. My next step is to Fact Reset. This means going through all 45 of my channels and signing back into them.

I see that Pluto also does not have a "grid" listing after the 4 hrs as well as not responding to the remote. Within Pluto TV I can only go home... nothing else.

Edit: This does not happen with my other running device, the Premiere +. This device is fine. It's the Roku Ultra LT that is hardwired (ethernet) that is having the issue.

I'm having trouble with Pluto TV also, it started with the Adult Swim channel after the update, now Pluto TV is losing channel guide data and even though the stream continues, I can't see the guide or change channels.

Reposting what I said in the Adult Swim thread, which looks like a mod broke it out into its own thread:

"The Pluto TV channel, which has channels within the app, loses its channel guide info after it's been playing for an hour or two. The stream you're on continues, but there's no guide data and you can change stream channels until you go out and force restart the channel through the options menu on the Roku home screen."

Adult Swim has been broken about 2 months, these were the main two channels I use on my Roku, if Hulu, Youtube, and YoutubeTV break next I don't know why I would even keep using this product.
