Guide for Crime360 channel is wrong

For most of the last 2 weeks, the program that the Live channel Crime360 is playing does NOT match with what the guide is listing.  It's like the guide is 2-3 hours off kilter.  It appears to be a problem only on the Roku Channel - the Crime360 guide and programming are correct on Pluto TV

    We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured that we will help you determine the cause and find the best resolution possible. 

    We want to assess your concern better, and it would be great if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:

    • The time frame for which it shows the wrong program.
    • What is supposed to be in the Live TV Guide and what is currently playing?
    • A photo of what you are currently seeing for reference. (How do I insert an image in a post?)

      Crime360 is now working but A&E's other channel Crimes, Killers and Cults is now wrong.  It is 7:45 pm here, the guide lists a show called Crime 360, but what is actually showing is the 10pm listing of Killer Cases.  The first image is where I am right now on the guide, the second image is what is actually showing on the screen.

        Thank you for following up and providing us with reference photos.

        Please note that the Live TV guide automatically displays scheduled programming. If the series "Killer Cases" has currently been streaming when it is only 7:45 pm and is scheduled to air from 10:00 to 10:30 pm, it's possible that you've selected a show that hasn't started yet.

        If this is the case, it will cause playback or no playback at all since this hasn't been scheduled to air yet. To prevent this from happening, please only select the shows that are currently been streaming on your current time. 

        However, if this series is actually playing (even without selecting it) at the wrong scheduled time, it may be possible that this is a playback issue and we need to coordinate this with the appropriate team to conduct a thorough investigation.
