Green Screens on Roku and Paramount +, but can hear voice

I have a Roku TV with Roku Channels, Netflix and Paramount +.  Just recently, both Roku Channels and Paramount + are green screens, you can hear the actors speaking. If you slow it down and look at screen by screen, you can see the picture.  Everything was perfect, and then all of a sudden in the last few weeks, green screens for Roku and Paramount+.  The Roku TV was just purchased 4/2023.  When I go into my settings, there is a screen about 'confirming payment method', but i don't remember every having to pay a fee, but my credit # is there.  Confused on why i would need to pay for Roku Channels when I have a Roku TV.
