Gotham sports app crashes when opening.

    We understand you're experiencing trouble with Gotham Sports crashes upon opening. No worries; we're here to help. 

    You may try this...

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
    3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

I have the same issue with Gotham Sports crashing when I select the channel I wanna watch. I’m able to login and it looks like everything‘s ago but then you select the channel and it goes back to the Roku home screen. I have done all the suggestions for reinstalling and rebooting and to know about. Interestingly enough, I’m not sure it is a Gotham App issue because I can watch Gotham on my iPhone with no problem. Very frustrating given the fact that I bought Roku for the intent of being able to watch Gotham Sports

    We appreciate you reaching out to us about the unintended behavior you've encountered with the Gotham Sports App, and we'd like to take a closer look at your concern. 

    To help us in the process, could you please provide the following information below?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
