Glorystar Channel Won't Load

My new Roku TV's (two of them) won't load the Glorystar channel after I installed the app.  My tv's are two different brands of Roku tv, and Glorystar won't open on either one of them.  When I click to open, I just get a revolving circle for a split second and then it kicks me back out to the main channel menu with all the other channels.  I have no problem with any other channel, only Glorystar.  I contacted Glorystar but I suspect they are giving me a canned response.  They said Glorystar is down for general maintenance, but if that's true then their "general maintenance" has taken well over 6 weeks!  It's hard to imagine that is even true!  I've deleted the app, updated my software, updated my tv, updated my firmware, turned the tv off and disconnected it for a period of time before reconnecting it --- reinstalled the app --- and still same issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks for your advice!
