Getting kicked from Disney plus back to home

Okay what had happened I had reset it my Roku system and it had updated the system and after they re updated everything I got all the other channels that I was that I was using but Disney I talked to Disney I thought it was on the Disney side but it's on the Roku side when they were resetting my router it kicked out my Disney and I cannot get back in it I had a password for it but the password works on other channels on the Roku but my Disney I put a new password in for Disney I talked to Disney themselves and they got my new password it works for them but it's not working for the Roku I have a code for the Roku to work my Disney and it's working all on the other Disney Channels why can I can't get into my Disney I paid

    We understand that you are unable to stream the Disney Plus channel through Roku. We would be more than happy to look further into this issue but will need more details. Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? What was the error message when attempting to stream the channel?
