Game Show Central Channel Stuck on one commercial over and over again

We were watching Game Show Central and they showed a commercial for Baggage and then they played it again and again and again for about an hour now it's just been this one commercial for Baggage over and over again. It's not a problem on our end it's a problem with the channel. I don't know where to report it.
