Free Peacock not working on my Roku

I have the same problem. When I open the Peacock app on Roku it wants me to set up an account. Comcast has said that for the free access we are to create an account using the Comcast/Xfinity username...

You need to link your Comcast account to Peacock.  That usually works better doing that first through a computer than the app.
