I’ll try to answer your questions below. I was unable to attach the photos using my iPhone.
1. The problem is only with the FoxNation channel.
2. There are no error messages or codes.
3. Yes, I have tried restarting my Roku device after removing the channel and then adding the channel back. I have also made sure that both the channel and the Roku were up to date. I have also reached out to Fox customer service via their chat, and did not receive any useful assistance.
4. When I access the channel, the main screen appears as normal. There are no issues with scrolling or selecting programs. The issue arises when the “play” button is selected for a program. Once I hit “play”, the screen shows a small turning circle, then a FoxNation logo appears on a black background for a moment, before the screen returns back to the “play” selection screen.
