Foxnation app will not load videos

When I press "play" it spins, then the Fox Nation logo appears, and then it kicks me back to the home screen of the app. It simply does not load videos. Very frustrating. I have tried unplugging the TV (Hisense Roku) for 30 seconds, updating the app, etc. Nothing is working. Please help or I am going to have to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

  • I am having the same issue!! I have tried deleting Fox nation and adding it back several times and not working!!

      We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. Are all other streaming channels playing content normally? What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing? 

      Note: Please make sure to restart your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back to ensure the process is successful.

  • We are having the same problem. Have tried all recommended solutions and nothing has changed.

      1. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
      2. Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
      3. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue? Have you restarted your Roku device after removing the channel and then adding the channel back?
      4. What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

        Hi Karla, 

        I’ll try to answer your questions below. I was unable to attach the photos using my iPhone. 
        1. The problem is only with the FoxNation channel. 
        2. There are no error messages or codes. 
        3. Yes, I have tried restarting my Roku device after removing the channel and then adding the channel back. I have also made sure that both the channel and the Roku were up to date. I have also reached out to Fox customer service via their chat, and did not receive any useful assistance. 
        4. When I access the channel, the main screen appears as normal. There are no issues with scrolling or selecting programs. The issue arises when the “play” button is selected for a program. Once I hit “play”, the screen shows a small turning circle, then a FoxNation logo appears on a black background for a moment, before the screen returns back to the “play” selection screen. 

        In addition, our Roku device is model #4660X2
