Fox on NFL+ not recognized

I can watch fox on Nfl+ on my Amazon stick and on my phone but the app on Roku does not recognize that I have access from my provider.  Foxsports app works and recognizes I have Spectrum.  I have multiple Roku sticks and none recognize which makes it a pain to switch between apps to watch redzone and other games. Love Roku for everything else but might have to switch if not rectified.

    We're glad to assist you with your problem accessing the channel with your credentials. Have you tried updating the channel? Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the * button, and selecting Check for updates.
