Fox News stays at 13% loading screen

Is this on the fox end?   I've tried removing power for a few minutes,  uninstall and reinstall,  update,  signing in and out, system reset,  what am I missing?  Fox News Go just sits at 13% loading.

    I understand your issue with the Fox News app getting stuck at 13%. Thanks for taking the troubleshooting steps. To get this investigated, please provide the following details:

    • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
    • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
    • Photo referring to the issue.
