Fox News App won't load past 13%

This has been happening since November.  IF I can get it to load it suddenly stops.  I've done all of the suggestions of uninstalling, restarting, clear cache, reinstall, reboot wireless connection.  NOTHING is working to start Fox News App.  All three Roku devices.  It's maddening.

Get it fixed!

    Before we move forward, we just need a bit more info about what’s going on. Can you share the following details?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
    • A photo or short video of the incident.
