Fox Business channel shuts off or changes from live to previous shows

What's up with Fox Business channel?  Or are programmers just making a statement? Okay, Fox News still has issues too - but Fox Business channel will stop the show and go to Roku home suddenly.  Or ...

    Is this a standalone app, or through something like YouTube TV or similar? Basically, the Fox News app has been having on-and-off problems with their Roku app for awhile. The app is developed by Fox News, so they are responsible for making it work. Roku just distributes it.
