Flickering on Roku Ultra, partial issue resolution

Screen would flicker intermittently, regardless of channel or screensaver.
Moved from wall outlet to surge protector/power strip - there's less flickering now, but still noticeable.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention, minoracclaim.

    Have you tried connecting this Roku Ultra to another TV? Would it make any difference with the display? May we know when you first observed this issue?
