File Not Playable from a USB Drive
Connected USB drive... multiple mkv files. Three don't play. Attached to PC and they play fine. Scanned the USB drive... fine. Used another roku device... same issue. TIA.

An MKV container can contain pretty much anything and Roku supports a limited number of formats. You can find the list here:

Using something like MediaInfo you can see what's inside those MKVs.
