Favorites Keeps Getting Erased
I have an OTA Antenna hooked up to my Roku TV. I scanned the channels and set my favorites. Then it gets erased and I must start over again! It seems that every 6-8 weeks my Favorites list get erased...

First, could you please let us know which Roku TV model you have? Additionally, could you provide the serial number and the latest OS version on your Roku TV? You can find this information by going to Settings > System > About.
