Favorite channel back and forth available

I’ve used Roku for years. 95% of the time I watch under my favorites. What’s very aggravating is when I am finished with what I am watching, to get back to favorites I need to press almost every remote button multiple times) to get back to favorites. Especially frustrating when trying to watch multiple sport channels.

Any way to just switch back to favorites from a favorite channel?
