You need to contact Xfinity and report the problem. Roku does not create channels for other providers, the providers have total control over the functionality of their channels.
While using Roku watching a DVR show from xfinity. When I fast forward the program will not continue. I get a message that something went wrong but I can watch the program on demand. This started a week ago. Before this I could fast forward thru commercials with out a problem. I have restarted Roku but continue to have this problem.
