F1TV Premium freezing on TCL Roku TV

I have a TCL Roku TV (50S535) and there's some kind of glitch between the TCL TV models and the new 4k F1TV premium. The picture freezes after 5 seconds. It's definitely not a bandwidth issue--the TV...

Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting Check for updates.

    I've done all that. I've run an update. I've rebooted the tv. It's an issue with the app and TCL tvs. There are dozens of people posting on Reddit about it.

    Tcl model 74s425

    Software version 14.1

     

     

    Everything is up to date and it's still buffering. Please help.
