Extreme static noise RokuExpress

For an unknown reason, the Roku express started broadcasting extreme static that drowns out both commercials and any program played on any channel.

Thanks to a contributor here, I found the tips to reach the “wireless secret screen”, but don’t know what to do next.

The first two measurements were green, but Glitch rate was measured by a red bar and no matter how I moved around Roku express, disconnected/reconnected hdmi cord, glitch rate never changed to green. 

Would appreciate more guidance.
