ESPN plus signed me out of my account

I just had to cancel my ESPN plus with Roku because I'm watching the Masters and then all of a sudden Disney and ESPN want me to sign into my account? What is going on? I eventually just to start watching The Masters again I had to sign into my YouTube TV account why would I pay Roku when they can't even get things straight with Disney and ESPN so I took my auto renewal off. Roku lately is just a joke started with the major league baseball subscription. I mean I like their format for watching TV but this is getting ridiculous. And when you call customer service nobody knows anything.
