ESPN live content access issue

Last night I tried to access a SECN+ basketball game through Roku. I received a message saying this was not a part of my Xfinity subscription. SECN is a part of my Xfinity subscription and I have always been able to access SECN+ content. I was able to access the same content through Xfinity on another device. Today, I have gotten the same message for regular ESPN content. 
I have contacted ESPN customer service and after testing it is apparent this is a Roku issue. I also had no issues prior to last night. 
Has anyone had similar issues accessing ESPN content through Roku?

      My Roku Express is apparently not eligible for agent support. It was suggested that I come to the community for help. Any suggestions for getting support for Roku Express issues like this?
