Disney Plus display issue

Hello.

Iv been trying to watch criminal minds evolution on disney + on my roku tv and all of a sudden towards the end of the 9th episode of first season it now just white screens with sound yet on normal criminal minds without this hdr setting I can see the picture.

Is there anything I can do to watch it as its just that setting it won't show.
