Disney plus app is not available from Uruguay

I purchased a Roku Express but after installation I noted that Disney Plus is not available for My country using Roku. How can I solve this? My idea is to change the account and country, maybe is related with commercial rights. Please your assistance, thanks.

    Take note that the availability of apps depends on how it is managed by the app provider. They directly control their app's availability in certain regions.
