Disney+ Crashing Out

I have a Roku Streambar.

Just today Disney+ started crashing on load. I've tried checking for updates of both the app and the system; removing the app and reinstalling it; restarting Roku, and then reinstalling the app;  and nothing works.

Please advise!

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

    We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far and are aware of the problem you had with the Disney+ app. Could you provide the Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)?

      I got ID 55-233-317. This is on a Roku stick. It also happens on my TCL Roku TV

        We want to get some info from you. Could you share the details we’ve listed below?

        • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
        • App build version (This can be found by selecting the app on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
