In cases like this, we highly recommend directly raising this matter with the channel provider as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform.
It's important to note that Roku simply hosts the channel on the platform and does not have direct management control over it.

Roku support – that sounds like an excuse to consumers. We’re paying you for a service. You need to work that out with them.
I won’t be adding any new subscriptions through Roku for the time being. I feel like we are being taken advantage of in every area…..tv is one more thing. I can watch reruns using Roku live TV. And my antenna.
