Discovery channel shows like Expedition Unknown and Man v Food extremely lagging on Max app

Hi everyone. I attempted to watch a couple of my favorite discovery channel shows on the Max app and the audio and video lag horribly. It can range from milliseconds to several seconds of lag that make it very obvious to the viewer.  I only seem to have this problem on Roku as it works with my other tvs that are not using a roku streaming device. I have tried restarting the app, the internet connection is over 400 mbps and rarely run more than a couple phones and a tv at one time. Does anyone know a solution to this? Or is anyone having the same problem?

    We appreciate you informing us about the audio dropout when playing content on the Max channel through your Roku device. We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues

    Can you please verify if the issue is only Max or all channels on your Roku device? 

    One suggestion we would like for you is to try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel and see if you notice any difference.
