It’s the new app, but throwing at discovery does not help me, has Roku reported this issue to discovery. I’m certain that all customers are going to have this issue as soon as it updates. I have 4 rokus’ and they all do it. The big hassle is that you have to enter the password every time you go to the app.
Hey Roku Community users!
Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the Discovery+ app on your Roku. I'm here to help! Just share the information below to get started.
- Do you subscribe to a standalone app or through Roku?
- What’s the OS version on your Roku device? Check it under Settings > System > About.
In the meantime try Removing and Reinstalling the app—it usually fixes. Restarting your Roku device before adding the app back can help, too.
If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the App provider for further assistance.
Looking forward to your response!

I have tried uninstalling Discovery plus and reinstalling, restarting my Roku TV, the discovery now there isn't good sound & what the heck happened to having my favorites automatically on the top of the page. Discovery keeps kicking me out and rebooting my Roku on it's own. I PAY TOO MUCH MONEY AND LOVED HOW I WAS ABLE TO WATCH MY SHOWS WITHOUT DISTURBANCES, IT IS REALLY **bleep** NOW. , Can't find my favorites. Impossible to navigate, and change season to season to where you left off at. Just **bleep**. I pay for this subscription to watch the shows Xfinity no longer shows without raising my price. What the heck?

To make sure that we haven't had any mishaps on the steps taken, try doing the steps below:
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
- Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
Also, is this the only channel that's encountering the issue?
