Thanks for letting us know, tommp100.
May we know if you have already tried the following?
- Reboot your router or modem.
- Remove the channel.
- Restart the Roku device through Settings > System > Power (skip if option unavailable) > System Restart.
- Adding the app back.
- Have you tried connecting the device to an alternative network (e.g., a mobile hotspot) just to check if there will be a difference?
Please keep us posted so we can work on this issue together.

Thanks for your quick reply and suggestions.
As I was following your troubleshooting steps it appeared that the problem was isolated to streaming from the Roku sound bar device and only when connecting to the Paramount+ app. (I have two Roku TVs and two TVs with 2 Roku devices ... sound bar and streaming stick.) When I streamed Billions and Homeland through the Roku Channel Paramount+ connection the problem went away.
Today I was rechecking all of this, and the problem no longer exists even when streaming the Paramount+ app from the sound bar.
Thanks again for your help with this.
