Disappearing channels from the guide

Has there been a fix for disappearing channels from the guide? ie; 21.3 . I've tried resetting everything like everyone else has, if I unplug Ethernet cable the channel appears, until I plug back in and it's completely gone again? Please help

      We want to further investigate this issue that you're having with the channel guide. May we know if you have an antenna that is plugged in at the back of your TV? Could you send us a photo?
