Dailywire app not logging in using Roku login

when logging in to daily wire, it’s not accepting my Roku login info. I installed the app both from my device as well as the Roku store

    We appreciate your reaching out to us regarding logging into the Dailywire app. We are pleased to assist.

    Are you subscribed through Roku or directly to the channel provider?

    You can only use your Roku login if you subscribe through Roku. If not, use your login credentials when creating an account with the Dailywire app.

    To view the subscription that you pay for and manage through Roku, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My Subscriptions.
    2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
    3. Select Manage subscription

    If you're billed directly by a streaming service provider, your billing relationship is with that provider, and you must contact them directly for further assistance.
